Quick Wedding Gift Using Glue Dots

I've been trying to think up something to make my new daughter N law for her wedding. When I received some Imaginisce flower packs the other day I knew exactly what I wanted to make and it would be a very cost effective gift/decoration for the wedding or the reception.

I purchased the black frame from a craft store and printed out the names and date so that they could be inserted into the frame. I also took a fine black marker and drew lines around the mat.

Once I had that finished then it was just a matter of layering all the felt and flowers.
I first took the Imaginisce Roly Rosies and glued them together with Glue Dot® Craft Dots then set them aside. The Prima Devines felt stems already have a sticky backing but I left that on the felt and instead used Glue Dot® Pop Dots to adhere the felt to the frame. Using misc flowers and the Roly Rosies, I continued to layer all the flowers onto the frame using the Glue Dot® Craft Dots. For a final touch I added some Recollections Rhinestones.

this is a quick project, with the help of Glue dots, that can be used as a display during the wedding or reception and then it is ready to hang on the new couples wall!

Beautiful frame...but glue dots really held the Roly Rosies together??
