Haunted Hause by Becky Thackston
To make this cute Haunted House I started off with a plan wooden house that I picked up at my local craft store.
I painted the entire house and ground area black with acrylic paint.
I then traced and trimmed my patterned paper, one section at a time, and adhered to the house using Glue Dots Glue Lines ®.
Once all the paper was on the house I then went over the edges with black ink and painted the eyes/nose area white.
I cut felt by hand for the roofing/shingles and adhered it in layers using Glue Dots Mini Dots ®. Then I took some clear acyrlic bonding and painted it in areas on the roof and sprinkled some "Sparkly Fluff" on the paint so that it would dry and stick to the felt.
For final touches the fence was painted white and I took thick jewlrey wire and Glue Dots Pop Dots ® and adhered the wire down to the house and then glued the bats to the tips of the wire. Also using the Glue Dots Pop dots ®, I adhered skeleton parts along the inside of the house.
I would like to thank OurCraftLounge.net for the Sparkly Fluff.
I had an incredible time making this Haunted House and hope you do too.
