Wow what a day! Can I say this has been the best work out day EVER!! I started out the morning with an hour long water aerobics workout. That was so nice at 6 am to just relax and work out. And then at noon we hit day three with our Biggest Loser Class and we did kickboxing and weights!!! MY FAVORITES! I love kick boxing so I was so all over that. And I used to love to do weight training in school and to wrestle...I know sounds odd huh...but we did bench presses of 15lbs. I know that isn't a lot but still. And lots of other weight kinda work. The very end got intense and my legs felt like jello but I did it and LOVED it!
I am going to head back to the water class tomorrow for just 30 minutes and then we have the biggest loser class Thursday and our first ever challenge on Friday. And if I can talk a friend into going with me I think I will try Yoga on Saturday :) thursday is weigh in so lets hope it is a good one for me.

Now I am going to make some yummy supper since I am STARVING and then get some rest. Tomorrow is my last day here with my daughter before she gets on that plan Thursday morning for a 4 day trip with the high school band to New York City. I am really nervous about the trip but I know she will have a blast. We have to get her packed tonight and tomorrow.
