YEAH that felt good.
today was our hardest workout. We have parking deck at the health place that is 8 stories high. We had to run up 2 flight of stairs then run up the ramped parking deck...then run up 2 more flights of stairs...etc. When we finally got to the top we had to sprint and walk...sprint and walk. And then run all the way DOWN the parking deck ramps. I was sooooo beat. And the pollen is so horrible here I could just feel it caking up in my throat.
BUT I finished. I had to walk a bunch. And I was totally out of breath but I did it. Then we went to the class room and did 30 minutes of step aerobics. Okay have you ever taken a step class...geeeesshh that isn't easy at all. You should of seen me...my face was blood red and hot. I was pooped.
We finished week 3. Only 5 more weeks to go. Next week will be a challenge week.
I'm really feeling better...about my health....my energy...and my self.
PS....a layout I did last night that was inspired by a scrapper at Tally named TheresaK. Her work is so inspiring and I ran to the table and put this together in no time. I hope you like it.
