Thirty One and Origami Owl

WOW what a week! I left Wednesday night for the Thirty One National Conference and just got back Saturday morning. I roomed with 3 AWESOME ladies and met so many more wonderful ladies. It was a fantastic experience! I learned a lot, took tons of notes, enjoyed the company and ooh & awhhhed over all the new products! I can say that my wish list is officially 2 pages long! Drop me a message if you would like a copy of the new Fall Catalog that starts September 1st. And don't forget that the Summer catalog ends August 31st. There are lots of times and patterns that are going to be gone so you don't want to miss out! You can email me at kay_bear52@yahoo.com if you would like to place an August order or receive a September catalog.

I would also love to share that as of Wednesday of last week.....i am officially an Origami Owl Independent Designer! YEAH! I'm finally in. Demonstrator #2915! Can you believe that.....so far only 3000 designers in the US! Have you seen the living lockets before? If not you MUST run on over to MY SITE....and check them out. You can order straight from the website. BUT...if you would like a catalog please email me and let me know. I will drop one in the mail to you as soon as I get my kit. It should be here hopefully this week. I'm pretty excited about this!

So over the last few days I have been pondering what my goals will be from now until this time next year. The Thirty One Conference will be in Atlanta again and I WILL BE THERE! My goal is to earn conference free so when Dream Rewards starts in several months...you better believe I will be busting down doors for shows. And I also want to be a Senior Consultant by this time next year. It would be awesome to be a Director and I would love it more than anything....but one baby step at a time and right now I want to be a Senior Consultant. And what do I need to make this happen??? ONE more recruit that qualifies. I need two qualified recruits to promote. I have one....my dear friend Helen...now I am looking for #2. Could that be you???? Let me tell you something about Thirty One...it is not just about the purses. It is way more than that. It is about everyone's why. Why they are driven to be a part of Thirty One. it is about your WHY. It is about the friendships that you will make along the way. It is about the love this company has for each one of its consultants. It is about way more than I can write here. Cindy Monroe had a dream. She based this company around Proverbs 31. Around women. and given women something to believe in. Yep, it is way more than just purses and totes. Another goal...will be to pay off all my credit card debt. As soon as I can do that then I am hoping we will be able to remodel our kitchen which totally needs it since the floor is rotten in a few places.

But...one step at a time. First...I need to book shows...hold catalog parties...get those orders in...recruit....and share WHY I love Thirty One.

Finally back home and ready to take on this next week...which will prove to be a long, tough one. Shawn has his traffic court date on Wednesday. That should be fun..NOT. Then off to the dermatologist to have a good look over. Since Shawn had an abnormal mole I guess it is time I go get checked too. Friday I have my much anticipated appointment at the Adult Congenital Heart Specialist at Emory Hospital. I am very curious as to what she will say. I have lots of questions and not really looking forward to spending a ton of money on a $4000 3-D Echo cardiogram. But we have to do what we have to do...right :)

Well thanks for letting me ramble. I know my blog has been quiet for a while but just stay tuned. Paulding Meadows is around the corner...another quilt I need to finish...lots of updates on Thirty one and Origami Owl....College started for the boy....just lots of everyday life that I want to share with you.

Love and much hugs
