Project 52 - Book 6 and 7

I took a small hiatus there from blogging. Hope you don't mind. But cuddling with that new baby is just to much fun. But....now that they are home (as of yesterday) I really need to get back into the swing of regular life. I have lots of projects to do...a quilt to start....books to read....and soon back to work again. I only have 3 more days left of this vacation. And sleep....gosh I dont think I have been so tired. Last night we went to bed at 8:30!! Yep 8:30. I couldn't believe it but we were so tired.

Okay on to the Project 52 Book reading.
While Kayla was in the hospital I got some major reading done sitting in the room and waiting room.
I began the Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning.
The first book was Dark Fever and the second was Blood Fever.
I'm not sure how many are in the series but I WILL be buying the rest of them.

This series is about Mac. Macs' sister was killed while at school in Dublin. So Mac packs up and takes off to Dublin to find her sisters killer since the police department as closed it as unsolved. No more than a few hours after arriving in Dublin, Mac's life changes dramatically. She learns fairly quiclly that she is a sidhe-seer and can see Fae. She runs into a man named Barrons who is trying to teach her how to survive now that she knows what she is. I am not so sure about Barrons. I don't know if he is human.....there is just something about him I don't undertsand just yet.

This is an adult series so don't let the young readers read it.

So back to the Zoey - House of Night  - series...I finally broke down and bought the 4th and 5th book so I will be switching back to them now for a little bit until I can get the rest of the Fever Series. And as I am reading all these...I am beginning to think I really need to save up for a Kindle or a Nook...this buying books and waiting to buy them stinkes big time.
